1. Acceptance of terms

By using LocalReviewAudit ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ReplyBuddy. By submitting your email address you confirm you are at least 16 years old.

2. Description of service

LocalReviewAudit provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available Google Business Profile reviews to identify SEO keyword gaps and reputation issues. The free tier provides one analysis per 7 days. Paid tiers provide additional access as described on the pricing page.

3. Free tier limits

  • 1 audit per email address per 7 days
  • Report is a teaser diagnosis — full keyword data requires a paid upgrade
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time

4. Paid tiers

  • Deep Dive ($9 one-time): Permanent unlock of the full report for one email address. Non-refundable once the report has been generated.
  • Agency Plan ($29/month): Up to 50 audits per calendar month across up to 10 business locations. Billed monthly. Cancel any time. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By purchasing you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service to audit businesses you do not own or have authorisation to audit
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
  • Submit malicious input designed to manipulate AI responses
  • Resell or redistribute reports without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and privacy

Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Accuracy of reports

Reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any audit report. LocalReviewAudit and ReplyBuddy are not liable for any business decisions made based on audit reports.

8. Intellectual property

The LocalReviewAudit platform, brand, and software are owned by ReplyBuddy. Audit reports generated for your business may be used freely by you for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify registered users by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
