LocalReviewAudit is a service operated by ReplyBuddy (replybuddy.xyz). When we say "we", "us", or "our" we mean ReplyBuddy. Our contact email is hello@replybuddy.xyz.

When you use LocalReviewAudit we collect:

• Email address — used to send your audit report and optional follow-up emails. Stored in our database.
• Business name or Google Maps URL — used to run your audit. Not stored permanently after processing.
• Role selection (owner / franchise / agency) — stored to personalise future audits.
• IP address — collected temporarily for rate limiting (abuse prevention). Not stored long-term.
• Audit summary — a short AI-generated summary of your audit results stored to improve future audits for your business.

We use your data to:

• Generate and deliver your audit report by email
• Send follow-up emails related to your audit (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Prevent abuse of our free tier (rate limiting)
• Improve the quality of future audits for your business

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use the following third-party services to operate LocalReviewAudit:

• Outscraper — used to retrieve public Google Business Profile and review data
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — used to generate audit analysis
• Supabase — used to store lead and audit data securely
• Resend — used to send transactional and marketing emails
• LemonSqueezy — used to process payments
• Vercel — used to host the application

Each service has its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Your email address and audit summaries are retained for as long as you have an active relationship with LocalReviewAudit. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@replybuddy.xyz.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from all marketing emails at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

LocalReviewAudit does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential session functionality required to operate the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
